Creator Rights
Creators retain full copyright and intellectual property rights to their original designs. Modeltomake is a platform that connects creators with customers — we do not claim ownership of any uploaded models.
Licensing
When you purchase a model, you are buying a physical print. The digital file remains the property of the creator. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially use the digital files unless explicitly stated in the model's license.
DMCA Policy
If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded without authorization, please send a DMCA takedown notice to dmca@modeltomake.com. We will respond within 48 hours and remove infringing content promptly.
AI-Generated Models
Models generated using our AI tools are subject to our AI licensing terms. The creator of the prompt owns the resulting design, but Modeltomake retains a non-exclusive license to display and promote the generated models on the platform.
Prohibited Content
The following content is not allowed on Modeltomake:
- • Copyrighted characters or designs without permission
- • Trademarked logos or branding
- • Models intended for weapons or illegal purposes
- • Content that violates any third-party intellectual property rights
